Eric will be re-joining the AD2000 club shortly, while I'll be joining the HD800/LCD-2 Rev 2 fanclub. You can guess who doesn't have his AD2000 membership card anymore

I know when I've hit audio nirvana and the Ad2000 are it for me. Too many people get caught up in gear and other's opinions, to me the Ad2000 present music the way it should be, and to me that means hearing the music not the gear. I don't think anyone buys the Ad2000 and puts them on worrying about microdetail, they get far too lost swimming through the music that's swirling around their heads! My last upgrade to the Ad2000 will be a better DAC than the iBasso D4, either the ODAC or something else, but the Ad2000 will be staying.

I can't fault the AD2000 with the O2. Very nice clean combination. I have a Music Streamer II+ to the O2, and the AD2000 is very sweet indeed.

I can not wait to pair my Ad2000 with the new ODAC and my O2. I don't know how good the ODAC will be, but NwAvGuy has came through on his promises for the O2 so I'm expecting a great product at a great price.

My AD2000 will be back in my grubby little hands on Wednesday. Same pair I sold recently, haha. I wish Audio-Technica would make an AD3000 with some of the features the W3000ANV offers.

W3000ANV does not disappoint. You mentioned to me that you liked the AD2000 for anime. I think the W3000ANV does just as well though a bit different in flavor.

Has anyone compared or can compare the AD2000's to the AD900's? The 2k's are more than twice the price. Ive read headfonias review but I would like more opinions. Also comparisons with the AD1000 would be nice. What warrants such a huge price difference?
