Well from Dan's answer I guess we're golden on us carrying it. I've only logged 4-5 hours on them but was damn impressed. There is no doubt they'll make a big impact of those $1k sales and down.

They were delayed 2 weeks when Dan found out they weren't waterproof.
Now at the rate he's going we shouldn't have to wait much longer.
It's only been a little over 2 weeks since you ordered so try and be a little more patient.

I would be upset too IF I had ordered something that was listed as being in stock. But, this was clearly a PRE-order. As with any pre-order situation there was no had promises given about a precise ship date.

I ordered in early February. I am not the least bit disappointed that I likely will not get my set until late next week, at the earliest. Heck, I have pre-order items from LHLabs that I ordered in excess of two years ago and I still don't have the items. I think that Dan is doing a fine job, both getting the headphones out ASAP and communicating with us about exactly what the situation is and how circumstances have impacted his planned schedule. In fact, the schedule is not that far off from what he said he wanted to do almost 6 months ago.

I suggest some chill therapy. Relax and listen to some good music. It always helps me to calm down.

It's just some unforeseen circumstances that caused the shipment setbacks...I am sure they are working very hard to fulfill the orders. I don't have much experience with the MrSpeakers product other than the Mad Dog but I can tell from reading posts on here that they are a highly respected company with a personal touch to customer service, which is very rare. The latter is one of the factors in me ordering the Aeon, apart from the rave reviews the Aeon was getting at trade shows.

In a world where kickstarter projects just go dark without explanation, I'd say MrSpeakers has been more than commendable with regard to his transparency and messaging about the delays. Plus a major reason for the delay initially was the inclusion of a case, which was a gracious last-minute add-on that we asked for in this thread.

I'd much rather they take their time and pay attention to detail, which looks like their approach (hopefully), than to rush orders out for an arbitrary deadline with a subpar product.

I listened to the Aeon and with the stock cable it was meh. However with a different cable (the red one in the background) the headphone was a totally different animal on my setup.
