Wish I was there.

Was Estron there with a new FitEar plug for their cable?

Yes. IIRC what they said, they are working with FitEar on getting the plug right.

It's too bad that I didn't know about this event.  I was right there in Tokyo and only came back home on Sunday.  :frowning2:

That's right! I thought I was going to meet you and @arnaud! Pity I missed you there.

Nice, I really want to try shure's new toy, but soo expensive :frowning2:

Trying is free .

We had a great time this past weekend in Tokyo, probably the most enjoyable Fujiya show I have been to thus far.

If anyone is interested in reading some additional coverage, I would suggest checking out Darko's posts that have started to go up.

He doesn't have much, you have to buy stereophile magazine for his full coverage.

EDIT: I need to apologiese, the current DAR coverage is the most comprehensive I have seen, it just took a bit longer to come and I took what the author said out of context.

I don't think that's the case.

"I won’t spoil your appetite here though. Expect to read this commentator’s observations and thoughts on cultural differences between Japanese and US/European audio shows published in an upcoming issue of Stereophile magazine."

Observations and thoughts on cultural differences does not equate to show coverage in my opinion.

DAR has already posted two Fujiya Avic related articles since that one - one covering Fostex's T50RP Mk3 and another about iFi's new offerings. I'm sure he'll be adding a few more in the coming days.
