Morning guys, I wanted to post real quick that we're excited to announce the apex module and Tia System, We know Headfier's love to hear all about new technology so I'll do my best to get answers for your questions. Our team at 64 Audio believes in constant improvement and the apex module takes the pressure relief technology in our earphones to the next level. The new m20 module is sonically similar to the S1 module. We are working on a version for fans of the B1 module.

The Tia System is a cutting edge development for the delivery of sound in earphones, very cool stuff. Details are limited so far and we have a newsletter you can register for if you'd like to receive information on our website.

We won't be commenting on the current partnership between 64 Audio and Asius Technologies. @Wilderbeast The apex module uses a proprietary material that is different from the ADEL system to relieve pressure from the ear.

@John2e @jmhacker I double checked this question with the apex team and the apex module will fit the A-Series ADEL models with no adapter necessary. The A-Series apex models (basically any orders placed starting today) will have a redesigned port in order to make the module extraction easier. The ADEL modules aren't compatible with the apex port.

Excellent, thank you. So it sounds like having the A series ADEL model is kind of the best of both worlds - works with both ADEL and APEX modules.

Noted.

It's a shame 64 Audio and Asius seem to have parted company - there were exciting things around the corner. I hope you manage to sort your differences out.

Hi Alex - can you please explain the bit in red.  It really tells us nothing - and is pretty much marketing speak (I know - I'm a marketer).

How exactly does it take things to the next level, and what objective measurements have you done to show us the results of this (I'm assuming your team must have done some).

What about the universal fit models?

I would imagine the same, as The U series can accept the B-1 , G-1 and MAM with no distinction made as to U or A when ordering.

+1... if there's no membrane, then it's would simply a vent port, not sure what's so "next level" that is.  And what's the pedigree of the research? since ADEL has 20 years doing this? 64 Audio, 2 months? :)

Considering that the G1 was recently introduced, and really the B1 modules too, how quickly this partnership felt apart.  I actually was looking toward the bubble tech, hope this is still in the plan.

Well Alex says there is a different material used - so I'm assuming there is still a membrane.

I just want to know what "takes this to the next level"- or if this is smoke and mirrors stuff.  I also don't particularly like the idea of inferring this is better without actually seeing why.  To me that is an empty claim without some more information.

So older A and U models work with ADEL and APEX modules but newer ones won't?
So what changed with the newer A or U models? Will the older models really benefit from the APEX if internally something has changed in the newer models to fully utilize the APEX?

How about TIA? Will this be the "bubble" of the future?

The ADEL bubbles are alive and well, moving toward production at a quicker pace than ever due to tremendous interest and support from AC/DC's Brian Johnson, Paul Stanley of KISS and Mickey Hart & Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead.

As for the TIA, it appears remarkably similar to the Tubeless ADEL technology Asius that shared with 64 under a confidentiality agreement.

Ok..so we will just have to wait where all this goes. I hope everything gets settled as I believe both companies offer outstanding products.

They redesigned the port on the new apex models to make extraction easier
