I apologize for the newbie question, but I'm having trouble finding a simple, straightforward answer to this. What information do I need? And what do I do with that information? I want to make sure the desktop amp I buy will *fully* power my headphones. I don't want it to just be "good enough"...

What are your thoughts on this amp? Is it worth the money and does it sound good with the Audeze LCD-X headphone? Would it be a better investment than the Audeze Deckard?

I'm thinking about getting the Audeze LCD-X headphone. I currently have the Alo Audio Pan Am + the Passport power supply. Would you guys recommend upgrading to the Audeze Deckard amplifier, or should I just stick with the Pan Am and pair it with the LCD-X?
