So I have a issue with mine, whereby the cable works its way over the tops of my ears, dislodging the seal and its pretty annoying. As the pully that you can use to pull the cables together is so loose its not much use for securing them into my ears. Any tips for getting round this, I imagine...

Given that the VE8 is probably the best fitting IEM I have ever experienced, how is the EXTR in terms of fit - I have read some reviews saying the fit isnt the best, so would be keen to hear especially from someone who has tried both.

I would be interested to hear your thoughts on the EXT vs Odin, I favour a V-Shaped exciting sound than a neutral one and the EXT is very much on my shortlist at the moment.

I loved the Odins with my (albeit brief) time with them but feel that the Evos are going to be just that little bit more suited to my music taste which is quite low-end driven by and large. I will keep an eye on the classifieds for a suitable pair.

I agree I think that is what I am missing with the Elysium, that pleasing bass of the VE8 which for me isnt quite there on the Elysium. It loses some of the fun and excitement I got from the VE8, probably not best suited to my preference in music which is quite low-end driven.

Am I the only one a bit put off purchasing the Evo because design-wise it doesnt feel anywhere near as exciting as the Odin due to it looking so similar to the LX? Its not my deciding factor on a purchase, but I wish the design flair put into the Odin had found its way to the Evo.

My solaris 2020 and vega 2020 are both up for sale, my experience with both is that the Vega is the 'fun' one of the two, perfect for commuting with bass-driven music. The solaris is one of those rare IEMs that seems so perfectly balanced, and is my choice for more detailed and critical...

Its early days with it to be fair, but whereas the VE8 literally leapt out at me and sounded fantastic and exciting from the off, this feels less 'full' I guess you could say. I will spend more time with it tonight so I can have a better opinion.

I loved the VE8, but am struggling to enjoy the Elysium. I had planned to buy an EXT, but given that I am not yet enamored with the Elysium I am having second thoughts on this.
