Belittle my taste in music!
It seems more and more than trance music is regarded by snooty bandwagoners as the emo of the electronic world. It's almost inarguably the most popular sub-genre of electronica, yet many people who are deeply into music seem to think less of other people just because they enjoy a little trance... -
Slightly disappointed
I've tried a number of cheap amps and a number of expensive amps with my iPod 5.5G and Beyerdynamic DT770-80's. Using an amp (through the line-out) does seem to brighten things up a bit, but it's nothing to write home about. I was pretty shocked to find that I could not tell a difference -- in...- chroot

LightSPEED 15k Headset....?
They're some of the comfiest headsets for aviation use; I have a pair of LightSPEEDs myself. They have pretty incredible noise reduction, suitable for blocking out most of the noise of a tiny propeller-driven aircraft. They'd be some of the worst possible choices for music listening, though...- chroot

You only have Line Out - what do you do?
Generally, you cannot change the volume of a line out, which means you really cannot use your DAP (whatever it is) without an external amplifier. - Warren- chroot

Cord too long.
SilverPilot posted what is commonly known as the "Electrician's Braid." Any decent book on knots will have plenty of instruction on how to do it (check your library). Alternatively, a Google search pulls up quite a few websites with diagrams. It's really not very difficult. - Warren- chroot

Shootings at my school (Virginia Tech)
I'm also a Virginia Tech alum, and remember it as one of the most beautiful, relaxing, and inspiring places I've ever lived. Many other students agreed with me -- its community was the most highly spirited group of people I've ever been honored to call myself a part. It might sound trite to many...- chroot

Difference between good and bad cd players?
95% of the optical pick-up units in the world are manufactured by one of three large companies. Few (if any) companies which assemble complete CD players make their own CD loaders. The bottom line is that virtually all of the components that go into a CD player are the same, regardless of price...- chroot

Please adjust the seat before you ride this bike for any serious distance. The downward angle of the seat will end up causing you a lot of neck and shoulder pain!
