im thinking to place my tt2//mscaler and speakers on a large wooden desk. there will be isolation pads under the speakers and isolation feet under the tt2//mscaler. can anyone see any problems with vibrations etc occurring here?

i meant anni on its own with qutest mscaler against tt2 on its own and with mscaler. for me at least tt2 direct enabled me to listen comfortably again.

I didnt like the sound of my headphones with the anni in the chain vs the tt2 direct so im thinking for me at least that would apply to driving speakers. In fact i returned the anni and found i could only listen to tt2 direct. The latest option are omega the super alnico high output monitors...

excellent point however the dealer looking to give me full trade in value for the kefs and aperta stands is hundreds of miles away and i dont drive right now. Reviews and listening to heresy 4 you tube sound tests through my mtt2 is all i have now.

i own the pm1 and still is my main headphone after all these years.

Dependent on quality of recording +5 to +10 is usually at the very top end of volume but 90 percent of the time i am between -5 to +5 depending on time of day too.

can i set up tt2 the metas and etude in the way described above? its getting interesting add an etude to my metas or go for a high priced 4k ish efficient bookshelf speaker. i do love the metas though and worry the transparency of tt2 might be cancelled out with the etude. listening on a home...

i tried mscaler qutest anni with my oppo pm1. when comparing to tt2 the sound with tt2 was more transparent and smoother. however this was with an mscaler and tt2. i would go with tt2 and add mscaler later for sure.
