I tried to do exactly as you described (and the manual), when I press playlist from the home screen it says "loading" and nothing happens, you can see it on one of the fotos I attached above. I really don't know why it doesnt work.

Maybe this could solve your problem; try to install the older firmware and re-install the new firmware again, I hope you get it working correctly.

I'm not using a mac, I'm using a pc, I have already transferd over 100 files to the ak380 but today I tried to transfer more files to the ak380 with the amp and it was unable. I disconnected the amp from the ak380 and the file transfer works perfectly.
