if it's worth any help, I seem to have no issues with the USB wake issue using disabled power states for my overclocked cpu. If that usb setting isnt helping anything, maybe it's an issue related to the power states of the computer. I couldn't imagine the issues on a laptop though

Yeah, I can speak for the older mk2s with the clear/silver cable. Apparently the new version of mk2s with black cable are only better though, and even the mk1s with a more fun sound might be good too. That's why I have the new mk1s on the way at least :p
