Surprise: I just received my Explorer and Dock in the same package, AND I was one of the first 45! So we weren't pushed to the back of the queue. Just got home and haven't opened the individual packaging up yet, was highly surprised since they turned up without any warning. Thanks Echobox :)...

Unless I missed something, I don't believe a new firmware update has been released yet.

I brought up this problem with them already, on my end the Explorer is unable to do a standby mode. It gets warm and crashes, and the battery drains. So you have to either just leave the music playing if you're only away for a few minutes, or leave it connected a charging point, or switch it off...

If you're using a Mac, you need to download an application called Android File Transfer. It should work if you have that?

I am the total opposite :) was excited about getting to try out Tidal, but I listen to a lot of soundtracks and japanese music, which are severely limited in Tidal. Should've given the subscription away, it was wasted on me :(   $869 is not cheap, but it does look nice!
