I have both models and Dark Matter as for me is way better than Zenith II (which is also very good). But Zenith II fits a bit better in my ear, may be because of smaller size.

Using the instructions provided by jdog I successfully installed new firmware on my player. And I am very pleased with the changes they have made! Unified menu is much better, and top button now is only for lock/unlock. Also, my problem with battery time has gone! Now it plays for about 11 hours...
