New JH Audio flagship! "Siren Series Roxanne"
Feel where the pain is coming from after use, then use JH Audio's online tool to identify the problem area. Also - you sure you are inserting it correctly? Search it up on youtube for how to properly insert the IEM. In the mean time, keep wearing them as long as you could even not...- z3r0day

Shure 846 vs. JH Roxanne's
I have the Roxanne, and recently auditioned friend's 846. I have to say JH Audio customer service sucks big time. You should also consider Noble K10 at the same price point (not the 8c or N6, nope. They will try to tell you different model are good for different things, but in fact they...- z3r0day

New JH Audio flagship! "Siren Series Roxanne"
One thing about the Roxanne is that the adjustable bass is actually a huge deal. People usually review the bass, midrange, treble, and characteristics such as soundstage separately, but fail to realize the fact that by adjusting the bass, loudness and tonal balance shifts dramatically, which...- z3r0day

New JH Audio flagship! "Siren Series Roxanne"
Same sound signature, the universal has a harder time getting that good fit. If fit is not good, you could get harsh treble and a lack of body.- z3r0day

REVIEW: Astell & Kern AK240
Looking at the spec: Cortex A5 6xx MHz.. If you think this will have a good UX you would be dead wrong. This chip was out in 2011, and used in low end smartphones: http://www.androidauthority.com/tag/cortex-a5/ Plus Android, it means a laggy hell. Just look up youtube for some...- z3r0day

Warm, and "mid-centric" are definitely relative terms. For me, 汪峰 sounds absolutely the best on minimum bass with Roxanne- z3r0day

JH Audio Sirens Series Roxanne Impressions Thread
I don't own 846, but I have read every thread in the impression thread, as well as the Roxanne support group thread. From what was posted, Roxanne has extended treble, where as the 846 has rolled-off treble as mentioned by several. The only way to know for sure is for you to demo yourself!- z3r0day
