What is wrong with your current notebook? if possible you should try and install ubuntu or some other flavor of linux on it. I used to be a big fan of osX but since switching to linux, osX just doesn't seem like a "real computer" it feels more like a toy.

it depends on my financial situation. If I am broke I will sell for market value (has been the case so far) but once I have a steady income I would have no problem selling below market value or even a give away.

I miss my stax

I refuse to fill the gas tank on my jeep all the way up until I replace my transfer case. I have had 3 cars die on me and all of them did it either at the gas station or on the way home from filling up.

I would also leave it. A little buckle rash is good for a guitar, gives it character.
