Here's a question: at headphonereviews.org, the HD-25SP is listed as having a bigger soundstage than the HD-25....is this true? I'd take the slight hit in audio performance for headphones with a bigger soundstage and are a hundred bucks cheaper. Can anybody who has owned both cans comment on...

Can somebody post a pic with the cans on their head? That way we can see how they would like wearing outside.

You can always carry the HD-25's around your neck when not wearing them.

I don't know but it was funny. Personally, even the cheapest headphones that have been brought into my household still work just fine.

You might be able to find the Sennheiser HD-25-SP's in that price range. They're closed, portable, and good quality soundwise (if you trust Headroom, that is )

It appears the new Sony's (XD-400's) are getting a lot of attention here, and you can find them for below $100. A lot of people will give you differing opinions though- some will say Sennheiser PX-200's, others the lower-end Grados....you've got to do some research yourself.

Sweet pics man. Both of those actually look "portable" to me. But I may be crazy....how is sound leakage? (I too am still in HS and while I won't be taking the bus by the time I buy any new cans, sound leakage is still important to me.) And, speaking of portability....do they stay on alright?

Just as a question, how do the Eggos compare against these newer Sony headphones?
