Just wanted to say how pleased I am to have received my iMod LOD this morning.  I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow, and I asked Craig if he could send it so I could have it for my trip and he sent it as promised.  It is solidly built and workmanship is first rate as is his service. 

I'm not familiar with the other amps(too new at this) but the cmoy I have had problems with gain using the HPO of my iPod classic.  Both on low and high gain.  Using it with the fiio lod brought the gain to where it should be.
