Lived in DC for 4 years, here's my thoughts: Adams Morgan: The biggest bar and club scene in DC, a real pain in the ass to drive through on Fri/Sat nights, but lots of girls. Dupont Circle: Good restaurants, some nice happy hour places, more laid back than Adams Morgan, not as many girls...

I usually park at the MBTA Alewife station when I head into Boston (at the Northmost terminal of the Red Line). Convenient, gets you into the city pretty quickly, and only $5 a day for parking in a secure garage. Here's a great resource- it has all the T stops mapped out in Google Maps...

Boston is great, and IMO much better than New York ******, especially if you value fresh air, green grass, and clear skies in addition to the city life. Fanuel Hall, Harvard Square, Newbury Street, Quincy Market, Coolidge Corner, All Very Nice.

The CM7Tis have great clarity and treble extension for earbuds. The only thing they don't have is bass. They also are pretty forgiving on bad recordings. Overall, if you have the money, and sound quality is the number one issue, these are the earbuds to go for.

The HF-1 has a more powerful low end than anything from the SR-225 down. I would call it more rounded than bloated, especially compared to a pair of cheap Sonys. I would have to say the soundstage falls somewhere like: SR80/125 < HF-1 < SR225
