**MrSpeakers Mad Dog: Impressions and Discussion Thread**
Hey everyone. Just got some dt770 80 ohms. I'm finding on some songs that are naturally darker. These sound great however on some other songs I'm not really digging the sound. I listen to everything besides rock/metal. Someone in my area posted some mad dog pros for 200 and I'm wondering how...- O.D

Saffire 6 USB 1.1 + DT770
Does the saffire 6 usb 1.1 offer enough power to give the dt770 80's the ability to express their full potential? It is an older external sound card and runs solely on usb.- O.D

Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro 250ohm Impressions Thread
Hi Guys, So I am coming from the 280 pro's. Which I liked for listening to stuff because they worked and were clear and weren't fatiguing. Nothing excited me about them but I was happy with them. I had them from age 14 to 23 until they broke. I had my eyes set on the 770's. For some reason I...- O.D

Closed cans with senheiser hd600/650 "smooth" signature
I read a lot of people reccomending the 600s and 650s to people who are sensitive to treble. are there any good closed cans in the 150 dollar range (new or used) that would be similar to these sennys as far as treble goes?- O.D

A meeting grounds between Listening Gear and EQ
One thing I am realizing is sound is highly, highly preferential. The "best" cans will get plenty of complaints...so on and so forth. This makes searching for headphones somewhat difficult when you can't listen to them pre-purchase and don't want to go into a vicious cycle of...- O.D

Here we go...OVER-EAR Closed under $100 Opinions
So I owned a pair of 280 pros from age 14 to age 23. Impressively durable. They only broke when I plugged them into the wrong outlet at on a hotel TV :frowning2:. I was happy with these...but strictly in a "professional" way. Not in the sense of me using them for a profession of any sort. Rather...- O.D

Looking for Warm, Smooth, and Clear (not dark) IEM's under or around $100
Hi guys, I just recently bought the Soundmagic e80's about a month ago. I've found that they are too bright/treble heavy for my taste. I feel that they have decent bass, It's not necessarily lacking, its just not punch and powerful in my experience. I feel that these are good IEM's and overall I...- O.D

Soundmagic E80's - too much treble
I don't have any eq on these. Im trying my best to adjust to them. So far- still too much high end for me. I still enjoy them just not exactly what I want in terms of an IEM i "Love". Thanks- O.D

Soundmagic E80's - too much treble
Am I the only one that thinks the e80's are too hot in the treble to be considered truly neutral? I'm trying to like these but I really think they are too bright for my taste. I'm satisfied with the bass...it could be quicker. Overall anyone else had this experience with these? One of the main...- O.D

I'd like to hear more about how to change the filters on the PFE's. Could you elaborate on how this works? Where do you get replacement filters? If your saying I can get a decent bass by changing the filters, consider these bought. These are one of the few IEM's that many people can come to...- O.D

Does Great Bass and Great SQ, (clarity, soundstage, forward vocals etc.) Ever Go Hand in Hand? *frustrated*
Alright guys I'm on a what seems to be, endless search for a good pair of IEM's ($200 or less) with nice quality bass (good extension) and great SQ(clarity, forward vocals, soundstage, etc. What is starting to piss me off is that it seems the two never go hand in hand. I had Denon c710's and...- O.D
