I read a lot of people reccomending the 600s and 650s to people who are sensitive to treble.

are there any good closed cans in the 150 dollar range (new or used) that would be similar to these sennys as far as treble goes?

Check out the Shure SRH-1540. Smooth, inoffensive laid back treble like the 650 . I own both cans.

I own the 650 and 600. If you are sensitive to treble at your price-point, I would say the AKG K553 Pro could work. You might read about it and see what you think. It's possible it could work for you.
