Finally got a chance to do this last night and Ill say it made me ...... I went with a 47 ohm resister..... Im really bad at giving out reviews so I'll spare you the pain, but I will say its the best thing that has happen to these phones , I really wasn't digging there sound all that much...

Forget it I figured it out ,I have to uncheck them from the libary and choose (only update checked items )
