I want to sell something in the for sale forum and I would like like to include a pic but I dont know how to .Could someone tell a not so computer literate person how to do it

I might as well use this thread to get out one of my 'newbie' questions:

I've looked for the rules regarding images in signatures, but have found none so far. Could you perhaps point me to them please? I made a nice one for another forum and I'd like to use it here but not if it encroaches on any rules.

The restrictions on signatures aren't really written down anywhere, it's pretty much just be sure it's not overly distracting/long, there are no pictures, and no commercial advertising (though that last one also applies to posts as well). For all the written rules check out this page.
