Bass boost sucks with my ipod touch 3g, so it would most likely sound bad on the 3gs as well.

Monster Turbine Pro. Very smooth full sounding IMHO. To me sound better than SE530, but can't speak about any of the others.

Newegg has the gold in stock. Their customer service is second to none.

I haven't heard the shure SE210, but I own some of it's cousins, and with the Shure olive's they blockout enough of the noise that you shouldn't notice what's going on around you.. Mids and upper end shouldn't sound to bad either.

I got my pair today, and even though they haven't had a chance to really burn in I think I'm falling in love with my new IEM's. They sound so smooth it's hard not to enjoy them.

I got my MTP today and I have to say they sound very nice. I'm using the soft silicone tips, as the super tips don't like my ears. I tried Comply T-400 and they work for me too. I think these might be keepers. (excellent warranty)

My preferred setting on my touch is R&B setting. No reason other than it sounds better than any of the other settings to me. Would like to do custom, but since I can't I'll stick with R&B.

You might also concider Shure SE115 or the Klipsch S4.
