CHORD ELECTRONICS DAVE
After reading virtually every review from dave owners going direct to omegas and wanting to swap my kefs for a high sensitivity design to go direct from my mscaler//tt2 then yes. It would be impossible to audition them in the UK as there are no dealers here AFAIK. However it was the following...- musickid

Has anyone here from the UK purchased omega speakers from the US and knows whether or not the listed price includes all taxes. I didnt like the sound of my headphones with the anni in the chain vs the tt2 direct so im thinking for me at least that would apply to driving speakers. In fact i returned the anni and found i could only listen to tt2 direct. The latest option are omega the super alnico high output monitors...- musickid

CHORD ELECTRONICS DAVE
The omega super alnico high output monitor ticks all the right boxes for driving direct from dave//tt2. The listed price is around 2010 GBP which goes up to 2553 GBP on checkout. When i had chord anni with qutest/mscaler with my oppo pm1 headphone removing the anni amp and going direct from mscaler/tt2 the removal of the amp made a night and day difference ie no amp in the chain. Im using the same principle with tt2 powering efficient horn speakers direct with no amp. I...- musickid

can i set up tt2 the metas and etude in the way described above? its getting interesting add an etude to my metas or go for a high priced 4k ish efficient bookshelf speaker. i do love the metas though and worry the transparency of tt2 might be cancelled out with the etude. listening on a home...- musickid

i tried mscaler qutest anni with my oppo pm1. when comparing to tt2 the sound with tt2 was more transparent and smoother. however this was with an mscaler and tt2. i would go with tt2 and add mscaler later for sure.- musickid
