MEElectronics M6 vs Nuforce NE-6
are the m6s fatiguing? comfort is a big issue and after trying out some westone3s and pl-30s (very random) i really like the over the ear design. Would i be able to listen to the m6s for long periods of time while staying comfortable/unfatiguing. I was using my a900s while studying and found...- NDS

MEElectronics M6 vs Nuforce NE-6
Well I'm replacing my e4cs so I would like isolation. Kscs etc will be on my list later as i had a pair but they broke. I may or may not still buy the M6s still though. I'm just disappointed in the SQ level now. The Ne-6/7s and RE2s are suppoesd to compete with headphones in a higher bracket. I...- NDS

MEElectronics M6 vs Nuforce NE-6
Hrmmm that sounds like quite the downgrade in SQ . I didnt want to go too much lower in compared to my e4cs. I really like the design of the m6s. Now I just have to wonder if the NE-6s live up to their original hype of being like an er6 with bass. I may have to reconsider the RE2 + fiio5 now too- NDS

MEElectronics M6 vs Nuforce NE-6
After wasting some more time on head-fi I've narrowed down my new purchase to these 2 headphones. I am leaning towards the M6 because of build quality but I would like to know what kind of sound signature the M6 and Ne-6 have. Also I would like to know of they are in different classes in...- NDS

how is the SQ of the pr100? is it possible that it's a FOTM? i haven't been looking at IEMs for a while and after not being able to find the pr100 at first google i thought you guys were messing with me. I'm actually leaning towards the re2s since in past reviews they're placed a touch above...- NDS

cheap IEMS <50)
The right channel of my E4c just stopped working and I realize that I either kill my IEMs or i don't buy quality products. I Went through a set of im716s and now this within a life span of about 1.5 years for each, so i'm looking to get something cheap now. I don't want to downgrade too much...- NDS

Best inexpensive NONlinear earphones with lots of midrange
look into the iGrados sounds like you want a grado-ey sound sig. The shures have a very nice midrange hump too but it sounds like you don't want to spend too much. Maybe check out jbl reference 220s highs are evident but not too shrill and are masked by mids and bass. btw.. is that you mark?- NDS

Altec Lansing im716 vs Shure E4C
they're very different. The im716s have better highs and resolution but have weak bass impact and recessed mids. The e4cs have a great mids but rolled off highs.- NDS

ety er4i - instantly hate them ;(
Cut the tri-flanges into bi-flanges or order bi-flanges. The tri-flanges go in too deep into my ear canal while the bi-flanges are perfect. (I use medium sleeves on most headphones)- NDS

e4c vs RE2 (or others ~100)
Would the E4Cs be noticeably better than other things in the 100 dollar price range. Namely the RE2? there's not much said about the E4cs anymore as the new SE lines came out.- NDS

If you're looking at the metro.fi's for 50+ you should definitely look at super.fi 3s which are only 55-60.
