Thanks, I was using a leather punch for the buttons in the case and my eyes must not be calibrated because I was way off. Musicteck has a lot of #1S cases which should be the same dimensionally right? I read through the OPUS #1S specs and it has a slightly higher volume ceiling and a better...- Miko 7

That really depends on the quality of IEMs you're going to be using. The op-amp upgrade will give you a less colored sound in the mids and uppers but you can't really tell unless you're using IEMs where you can tell such difference. Also a less colored sound may not be ideal for some, I often...- Miko 7

$150 really was hard to swallow for those things, I'll see how it goes with the M7 for the next few weeks and worse case scenario I'll see if I can sell them for a loss and pick up the P2 or another IEM with an acrylic shell and modify the position of the vent port- Miko 7

But I'm probably too critical on them, I did have a blast riding earlier and nothing about them bothered me while I had them in for an hour and a half, felt like a breath of fresh air for my ears. For active use and casual listening these are phenomenal once dialed in- Miko 7

They do look great, but they could've done better soundwise, I don't know if anyone could bear this level of bass for more than a couple songs without eq'ing. At this price point it's also lacking in texture and definition, it feels pretty unrefined (straight out the box) I've never done this...- Miko 7

My M7Pro just came in today. Holy mother of bass. Used my spiral dots stuffed with kombi rings and set the steep lowpass filter on my X3ii to get less magnitude and more definition out of the lows. They were still generating too much pressure for comfort so I eq'd down 33-500 Hz bands...- Miko 7

Sweet thanks, is there anything else out there I should be looking at? I'm really open to anything as long as the vent port is not in freestream and the sound is on point for riding I just saw that they are $5.70 in purple on amazon, can't do over the ear, I'm wandering if they'll stay in with...- Miko 7

@OldDude04 @Midgetguy I need help, My Delta 2's I've been using for cycling dropped the connector into the press-fit shell since it's only glued in. I'm looking at the Fiio F9, MEE M7Pro, and Pinnacle PX which is on massdrop right now. None of those have vent ports on the outside of the body...- Miko 7

I just saw Joe Bonamassa not too long ago, tickets are always insanely expensive but it was an excellent performance. The sound was a surprise, very lean bass and really bright/upper-mid focused, exactly the opposite of what I was expecting- Miko 7

I used my M/L on the Lyra but they end up slowly and steadily disappearing in my ears with an overly deep insertion, can't even open my jaw without changing the sound. And I don't like how the Lyra sound with them, with the foam tips it's like going to a girls house that likes cooking and the...- Miko 7

Looks like they only sell them in the UK and in Germany A pair of foams lasts me ~ 2 weeks at this tempo. Comply foams degrading and losing expansion in ~ 2 weeks (even with cleaning), campfire foams tearing and breaking away from core in about 2 weeks, and Trinity foams hanging on for ~2-3...- Miko 7

Lyra torture test has begun, the only times they're not in my ears are when im showering a or attending a lecture They really do sound the best and are most comfortable with big foams as advised by CA. I think they said they're comply foams but they don't feel as soft, I actually prefer...- Miko 7

Gold undamped were my favorite, great sparkle (a sprinkle of Masters sounds sig) and I think they're pretty good for what we listen to, especially when it comes to upper mids, but something is missing in them, a few layers of sound seem non-existent, you can get some of it back with the damped...- Miko 7
