iPod nano officially NOT firewire compatible (transfer)
I don't mind to use FW or USB2.0 if I got both... BTW, FW is the only connection I've used with my iPods and I never got problem with it.- martycat

iPod nano officially NOT firewire compatible (transfer)
I'm really really disappointed about that... Becoz' of the coming "Macintel" era, I don't really feel like replacing my old-but-trusty 12" PowerBook Rev.A. However, it comes with Firewire and USB1.1 only. What a shame that Apple took away the Firewire compatibility which is its own pioneer...- martycat

NEW BEYER REFRESH TOO! 990, 880, 770!
Holy... just brought my DT880 home for about a month only... The custom look feature sounds cool! What a big headache then... SA5k, AD2k, K701 and the facelifted DT880... BTW, do you think the new lineup will sound the same as their predecessors?- martycat

Source and amp for DT880?
Hi all DT880 owners, what are your sources and amps for the lovely cans? Feel curious about that and would like to take as reference for my own setup upgrade.- martycat

BeyerDynamic owners unite...
DT-880 is a very very great headphone to me especially with its c/p ratio. However, its c/p ratio is going lower and lower when it yells for better source and amp...- martycat

Got my ATH-AD1000s!
Hi Elephas! I'm the guy from HongKong who met you last time at our open meeting. How will you compare the SA5k to AD2k or DT880? I've tried your AD2k last time and got pretty impressed! However I also like DT880... so I feel a bit torn between them. And I would like to know about SA5k too...- martycat

History of headphone?
Hi all! I'm doing some essay about headphone. Is there any website that I can dig information from? Like the history of headphone? I tried to search with google but failed to get any clear document... Thanks!- martycat

Closed Cans for Use With a Laptop...
I haven't tried the HD-25 but just want to chime in my experience. I have 12" PowerBook and A900. They serve me quite good without an external DAC or headamp. But... of course when I hook my external USB DAC and SR-71 between them, it's another story.- martycat
