  If this was targeted to me, I have no plans on tube rolling. Or cable testing, shamanic dancing, or cryogenic cooling to try and improve what already sounds great. There is no way I can compare the Asgard vs. the Lyr 2 other than vague, subjective terms, let alone comparing cables or tubes...

Hey all, quick question. i am going to buy a mjolnir soon, and purchasing the rs1 to replace my beloved 325si grados. does it matter at all whether i terminate the stock grado cable in dual xlr, or single 4 pin xlr? (mjolnir has both xlr outputs)

Dumb question here, how would the Ragnarok work with a set of powered speakers? I have a Bifrost/Asgard combo with a pair of Adam A3x's and Grado 325si's.  I love everything about this setup, except switching the damn cables when I want to listen to headphones.

Yep, RCA to RCA on A5+, and control volume on the HPD. I had a similar setup with a DAC/AMP combo, and A2 speakers.    The A5+ are nice and musical, though don't expect miracles. Placement will determine a lot, with the rear ports. Regarding the Rokits and other studio monitors, for sure...
