How do I get the firmware to install? I downloaded the .rar file to the sd card and when I run the update from sd card function on the player it says no firmware file found. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

No. If I want to listen to those I’ll stream them from my Plex server. I only had a few albums in that file format, and they’re not ones I listen to often.

I confirmed that the .m4a files are the problem. I loaded and album of .m4a files on my sd card and the device crashed while scanning the database. It scanned normally after deleting that album off my card.
