yes, charger(s) are ok, even from a battery, only happens with the poly connected, if I charge the mojo on its own, solid white light. I will separate them and fully charge (again), I charged them for a whole day prior. once charged I'll try again. Thanks

Thanks Matt Done that, (again :) ) still stuck in the loop, and as per other people post the app closes in iOS also, my lights alternate RGB when I turn off, not really flashing, and the m status light comes on white for a while then off for a while

Hi Yes that makes sense, if I view the poly from media center it lists them up to 1800 or so, I use MC to sync, and that creates a playlist, I’ll delete the playlist tonight to try tell it not to create the playlist in the future, or not use MC!!

Have my replacement Poly, thanks, Tom & Keith. Early days yet, Glider playback control of SD card seems fine, as does using Media Center 21 but I have had no issues setting up my network. Only issue with Glider I have is I have no track numbers every album track is a number then three dots, eg...

1.0.17 here, early days, but maybe no better for me at all, all playback from SD card connected over my WiFi is hit by continuous disconnects, Glider, 8Player etc. On home WiFi Glider finds Poly, sync's so I go to choose an album, boom loses connection Streaming from Media Center 21 is OK...

Still having issues, still only stays connected to glider for 30 seconds (same for media centre too), this is using my own WiFi, I have forced it to its own 2g only WiFi network. Even using Poly's own hotspot its the same, well kind of, i Start playing, then immediately goes to music offline...

updated to 1.0.10; Deleted SD Card db's first, let Poly scan, took a while thought it was working with Glider, well it was, it sync's Have to keep quitting Glider and go back in to see Poly (doesn't work all the time), browse albums, and Poly drops. 8Player, isnt any better than before...

Hi smaragd, thanks Yeah have the latest as far as I know (1.0.6), also glider 1.6.2.21 (Glider seems OK in hotspot mode), charger is an Anker 3.0 amp. I might just have to ask AudioSanctuary for a replacement, as it was one of the first batches.

Just started to try Poly again after days of not using it. I can connect for about 5 seconds using 8Player, Glider sees it then immediately loses connection, Jriver on PC, with PC or Poly as source starts playing for around a minute then loses connection again. Then to top it off, was just...

had iOS 11.2 during my playing the other day, so didn't work for me. I also don't think it can be everyone's network or ineptitude causing issues, everything else on Wi-Fi works fine here. Here's hoping the GoFigure app and the next FW release resolve it all for us all. I have yet to try...
