Portable Amp for Shure Se535
It's been a couple years since I read this forum, but I still have my P-51 Mustang that I use with Shure SE530. I think I remember when Ray first develop the Mustang, he tuned the amp using Ultimate Ears and Shure E500 (top of the line shure at the time) I have no regret pairing the Shure with...- Hermitt

Reply to review by 'hermitt' on item 'Bowers & Wilkins P7'
I still own a pair of B&W DM1800 loudspeakers and was intrigued when I found out that they are now making headphones. How would these compare to my Alessandro MS-Pros?- Hermitt

Looking for my first guitar.
sweet deal if he is also throwing in the gig bag! As far as double cutaways for an acoustic, I haven't seen any, but I belive it could be possible to find one similar to either a Gretsch or maybe an Ibanez in the Artcore style. Also since both the Gretsch and the artcore are full...- Hermitt

Looking for my first guitar.
I'm also looking to add an acoustic. Right now, I'm trying to decide between the Takamine GS330S cedar top like your's, Ingo, or for an additional $100, getting the spruce top G360SG. But then I also saw a nice looking Washburn D305 for the same price as the GS330S. :/ I haven't been able to...- Hermitt

Why do people use Windows?
I wonder how many Operating Systems there would be if everybody that complains about Operating Systems wrote their own and then try to get it to work with every possible hardware configuration imaginable. I think it is a wise move to hire the best people in the world to do your developing...- Hermitt

Grado Enthusiasts - MS Pro, GS1000, or RS-1?
I haven't listened to either the RS-1 or the GS-1k, but the key to me going the Alessandro MS-Pro route was that I love to listen to live guitars. George Alessandro designs and builds some of the most prestigeous hi-end boutique guitar amplifiers (David Gilmour is one of his clients) and I...- Hermitt

Pedal-fi: Post your effects board!
