The pillbox case looks like it may work. I've been using an Altoids Sours Tin to house my Sensas for the past 3 years, no problems whatsoever. You might try the Altoids tins for their gum, though I do not know how big the drivers (w/flanges) are for the e500.

It took me about a week to feel "normal" with my Sensa 2XS, my first foray into customized IEMs.

I had a 3rd gen/15G iPod with a Vaja case. It was very well protected and fit snugly in the vaja case - it never slipped out. When I gave up on the iPod (for now!) and bought the HD1, I ordered a Vaja case as well. Different black leather, a bit more sheen and not as cushy as the iPod versions...
