I use the denon d2000's everyday at work and no complaints all. They don't isolate well BUT they do not leak noise out enough to bother people around you at moderate volumes. But as others have suggested if your turning it way up iem's might be ur only real option.

I use a MBP for my work rig and if you can go USB you will be much more happy. The MBP headphone output is fairly dirty.

From what I have read bi-wiring is only useful if your amp also supports it. Unless your speaker wire is overly thin, having problems, or your just itching to have new ones I wouldn't bother. But I doubt you will see any difference using the jumpers or the bi-wiring.

Belden 5T00UP 10 awg is what I use. Its a nice compromise with price and quality. I got them from blue Jeans company at only 85 cents/foot. Hard to beat, IMHO.
