I actually tested it out on my wife's QC35ii headphones and the headphones do have a control to switch bt sources and announces which device it's connected to. Are there any others that also have that function besides bose?

I had a resonance with my last pair that started all of a sudden. When you'd tap on the shell of the hp, there would be a metallic 'vibraton' sound on one side, about 1 day before that side failed.

There's no substitute for cc's... much more interested in drivers than the pads around your ears... unless someone is willing to ABX it...

Bummer mi amigos... L channel went dead yesterday.  Bought my cans from crutchfield and yesterday was the 59th day out of the 60 day trial.  Literally at 11:15pm they died so I hurriedly submitted a RMA for a return before having to mess around with sending them in and waiting for a repair...
