Thanks to those who responded. I am not sure exactly what went wrong but this issue has been resolved. I reimaged my PC again, this time I loaded the drivers through the Device Mangler and did mnot use the Envy Setup.exe. This seems to have fixed the issue I was having. No more interference!

I second the audition idea. Let your ears do the talking (well you know what I mean). I own the 320BEE and agree that out of the box it is harsh sounding. Given some time it mellows, either that or my ears are accustomed to it now. I also think the price is right for such an amp.
