Oh boy, I know what you mean, that FiiO LOD isn't exactly flexible & I too have the same concern. Ideally I'd like a custom made LOD with a side exiting cable, terminating at a 90 deg 3.5mm jack. But I'm unable to find such a beast! Meanwhile I'm just handling the whole thing with caution!

My A865 is mounted with two strips of Velcro, it's mounted so that the Velcro didn't obscure the charging lights etc. Cheers Mark

  My current budget rig: Sony A865, Fiio E11, Fisher Audio Eterna's with Comply T-200 tips.   Best improvement made to date has been the Comply's, really transformed things for me.

I too just purchased set of Eterna (v1) off the back of the reviews here, I'd be interested to hear what you think of them? I'm having trouble getting a good fit for starters.

Personally I just use them as usual, however you can purchase the odd app from the Apple Apps store if your an Apple user. Enjoy.
