HD600 problem
i've noticed something similar to what you're describing whenever I listen to Evergreen by Denver McCarthy...I don't know if it's gains/distortions within the track recording or just the way i'm hearing it but there is a bass note in the beginning of the song that seems to sound distorted or is...- coho66

List me the best headphones for PC gaming
when you game do you use voice clients such as teamspeak or ventrilo? If so then i'd wager the option of a headset rather than a headphone might seem appealing. In that case, probably the best headset that can be easily driven from a conventional soundcard is the beyerdynamic dt234...- coho66

Has anyone made a home subwoofer from a car subwoofer ?
don't know what kind of budget you have and/or what caliber of aesthetics you're shooting for but some suitable potential equipment might be -the evolution a1/x1 combo by nht -a bryston powerpac and a bryston 10b crossover or paradigm x-30 crossover -and as for the enclosure design...- coho66

if you're looking for half decent pc speakers, i'd wager that klipsch, logitech, and swan are your best bets... and among the others already mentioned (and likely others that haven't), if you're looking for a set of powered bookshelfs that simply require a line out from a pc...although...- coho66
