No it is SEPP
A cathode follower is in officiant and creates lots of heat.

Only good can come out of this.
I don't have the Auteur yet but driving low impedance Audio-Technica phones 32 ohm with the OTL with 6336 tubes. This is to see if it will
drive Zach's 50 ohm planners.
And going to adjust the CCS in the EL3N amp driver to get the best sound out of the Auteur.

I’ve driven the ZMF Ori with 6336s on the GOTL and it sounds really good. I would imagine it’s even better with that bias switch.

Very cool! Looks similar to my Leeloo but with tube rectification. Like the moving of the headphone jack to the front also.

What I do is make a really really sharp V-shape such that the headband gets pinched at the very tip of the V. It is so narrow that it essentially creates an empty space that sits above my heads and the top isn't resting on the point of my head at all. Only the outer wing parts of the V are touching the sides of my head.

I've been trying to work a v-shape into my Auteurs but HOLY CRAP that steel band is strong, I've seriously bent it almost completely in half and it still maintains a mostly rounded shape, now has a small arch in the center. It's an improvement, no doubt, but cannot get them close to what is posted on Zach's YouTube vid. Maybe mine was made of titanium by mistake.

Yes, but it's surprising that the Auteur is plugged into the low OI jack. I expected that a higher OI would pair better with the Auteur.
