It's been played so much, for so long [it seems], and appears so often in media that I'm sick and tired of the song, no matter how funny the lyrics or video are, and whether or not it's well-recorded.

I managed to avoid this song completely until about a week ago. I finally had to ask my girlfriend about it a week ago. She taught English in Korea for a while and explained the whole thing to me... YKYAA when you miss out on a HUGE pop-culture trend because you are too absorbed in your own musical world.
