If they add the option to shuffle everything on the card I will definitely get one. I nearly always listen on random play, very rarely listen to a complete album. When this gets added (I hope it does) I will buy.
heh... was really hoping v7 would add it.
guess they decided to fix the hold button first

Hi guys, I'm new owner of X2.. For the price $50, i think this player sounds really good.. Very happy with this little monster :)

If future updates bring support for m4a and shuffle all folders it would be perfect.. (Please xDuoo make it happen).

*sorry for my bad english

Hello all, so the X2 suddenly froze. It has turned off after leaving it frozen. I was planning to reset it but forgot to. Now it doesn't turn on. Any ideas?

Try charging it for an hour or so, then reset it and turn it on.

Resetting is as simply as pressing the reset button? Even if it's not on?

Yes, just press the reset button with a pin or something. It should reset the whole thing.

It does have some charge to it, correct?....

I plugged it in although there was no indication that it was charging i.e. the screen isn't on and there are no signs that it's charging when I plug it in.

Tried resetting and charging at the same time?
Maybe the battery is dead and it doesn't charge correctly because it's frozen.
Other options, open, disconnect battery, press power on and reset a few times. Connect battery and do the same.
Or measure the voltage of the battery, maybe this is the problem.

I can't remove the battery at the moment because I don't have a screwdriver that fits the screw. I'll probably try to find one tomorrow.

Sorry, I don't have the knowledge nor equipment to do this.

I think it's best you contact your seller and to get advise from them.
