I voted 5th, but I normally have 1 side on 5, the other on 4, just the right size, its too much if both are 5, too small at 4.

Voted 5th, but that's really just for the DT-770s, which are set more for seal than long-term comfort (and still beat pretty much all my other non-Beyer headphones for comfort). For the DT-990s, it's 6.

I have it at 8th, but that wasn't really enough. So I shaved my head leaving my hair length at 10mm, still not quite enough. I sometimes wonder how I'm able to walk.
