I chose the LCD2 rev2 purely on the basis of how it rendered DSOTM. I find Pink Floyd's intimacy quite pertinent to headphone use.
And to the LCD2, I now add the JH Audio Layla II UIEMs. Upon auditioning various circumaurals at length (Ether C/C Flow, Fostex et al.), the Laylas gave the most revealing and immersive presentation of One of these Days I've ever heard. Sold on the spot.
Also blissful was Wot's Uh the Deal from their underrated Obscured by Clouds album.
