7] Skullcandy Inked
8] Some really cheep {$9.00 usd} strange IEM headphones with a letter M that I modded and love.
9] Bose IEMS with super-glue tips
Do not want anything at this time.
Want to hear T1s.
I have the RS1i and the 325is. I want a change of presentation with the next ones, so i imagine it will be some nice Senns or AKG - something with cavernous soundstage.
I have XB700's, but really want some K701's. I'd be interested to see how high end phones sounds compared to mine. I never got the sense I was missing out on something, but I would still like to hear how those sound.
On the cheaper side, would like to try some grado's, maybe MS1s. Expensive side, would like to audition/more so own Edition 9s. I've got a bunch of bassier headphones right now, but want to experiment more with the AKG/Audio Technica/Grado lines and maybe some Sennheiser. Really like my Ultrasones and Denon D1k as well. There are just too many headphones out there :S
Want: Well, there would be a LOT of cans that I'd want if I had the budget for it of course.
But realistically speaking with budget and needs taken into consideration, I'd say I'm very much content... MAYBE an upgrade to my ES7 to a higher level ESW headphones (9 or 10JPN) but that's about it.
If I had money to burn, I'd love to have the flagship product from every major headphone company so I can compare them, and then keep the one I like the most. Since I live far away from typical head-fi meet locations, I don't ever get to participate. *sniff*
Have (Partial list, see profile if you really care):
JVC HP-DX1000
Ultrasone Ed 9's recabled w/APS V3
AKG Sextetts + Anniversary 240's + 241's
Denon D5000's w/Markl mods + Moon Black Dragon recable
Headphile one-off w/CD3k drivers in custom woody cups + mic
Darths (cocobolo, regular cup)
Ultrasone HFI 700's (my first step into high-quality (comparatively speaking) HP's)
Want:
Willpower to sell off some of the above that I never listen to anymore so I can pay off all the credit card debt I ran up buying all those cans. Or to free up some $$ to spend some quality time w/HD 800's to see if they can erase the distaste I had for HD 650's, and hence all Senns (time for me to grow up, I guess).
