I remember the passing score when I was 'qualifying' for enlisting in the Marine Corp at the height of the Vietnam War was 15, and there was even a fellow who was being tested along with me then who was fretting because he had scored below that.

I just looked at him, thinking "Damn!"

Your reply seemed to imply that his premise was a blanket insult. I showed a case where it was true and was argued as such in court.
