I'm guessing they are backed up a bit. I got my RMA notice on April 10th and sent my Yggy in right away. Received an e-mail that my DAC arrived at Schiit on April 13th. Have not heard anything since.
It seems like they doubled the thruput after the Great Pause of 2018.
And Fed Ex has dropped the ball to the extent that they now are using UPS as their shipper.
This change could be yet another factor in why they are slow in shipping.

Right now I am in the queue in position 39 & 40 for the A2 and Gen 5 USB upgrades and 1 day shipping both ways. I would be very displeased to pay $238 for shipping and my Yggy just sits there for awhile. I am hoping they clear up whatever issue they are having and can provide a quick turn around on the upgrades.
My friend @Ableza said his (2) Yggy upgrades to A2 have moved forward nicely in the queue.
I suspect the shipping is gonna be an issue, for folks who don't live in the US.
I don't know the Aqua DACs, but I can see someone preferring a good NOS DAC to the Yggy because of differences in how they sound, with NOS being a bit more vivid/romantic. I don't, even though I own two good resistor ladder DACs, one NOS, besides the Yggy. Just different flavors, with the Yggy winning first place on my speaker system (see sig below).
Just out of curiosity, I tried using three DACs simultaneously.
PC > USB > nano iDSD > Coax out > RCA Splitter > (micro iDSD + Yggy)
And it worked, even at 24/192
