You must have missed the part where he states that by release it will be compatible with all common sampling frequencies.

Technically, if you donate the CDs to your local library, you need to delete all copies of the tracks from the CDs from your system.

Yes, I saw those pictures and watched Mike's video where the Gadget is also shown, and that's why I was asking for some 'official' confirmation. But thanks anyway!
