  My W4's broke last week.  Nozzle just snapped right off where the tips fit on.  Any W4 lovers have some good recommendations for IEMs they like?  Whats the Westone um3x equivalent model these days?  Not looking to spend what flagships go for right now (...less than $500).

Get your W4 reshelled , if you liked the sound of those.

Take a look at W40 the equivalent! I still have the UM3x. Excellent indeed! How you get the noozle brake off ?

With the price it will cost to resheledl them, at the end, it will cost the price of a new IEM! Means, it will cost some 100$ +

I have no idea how the nozzle broke.  I only use them at my office mainly.  Came in one morning and when i took them out of the carrying case the nozzle was just broken off laying loose in the case with the tip still attached. A mystery.

Pict ? It brooke maybe in badly manner removing the tips. Many users here used them at there offices, without this issue.

I think, the mystery will result from, you or someone, have sitting on the case. !?! It will happen When you have close the case, you have maybe puch to hard!?!

Or someone, unfortunately, without your permission, enjoy for a moment, your fragile baby!

Contact Westone! Send them back for an escount for a brand new one!

Ah, got it. ER-4S. Not the technically best of the IEMs I've got but the one I love the most.
