I'll stop complaining :D. I just picked up the Fostex HP-P1 and I'm getting (almost) all the detail I heard via my Accuphase except the HP-P1 fits into my pocket. You're probably right that with the amount of (for the lack of a better word) butchering UM does to the SE530 & TF10 to upgrade to 8-drivers, they probably sound very similar - and both probably need an external Amp or DAC/Amp to get the most out of them.

is something happening with UM Aus? I've sent them 2 emails about my customs and i'm not getting any replies. Posted a facebook wall post and they promptly deleted it a day after. If this was all intentional, then their aftersale service leaves a lot to be desired.
 
I sent them my tf10s with the cables and the UE box. I've specifically mentioned to them via email, prior to my original tf10s being shipped out to china, that I would like my case and cables back.
 
Package came with the customs (thank God the built quality was fine, else i'll be in strife) and the UM cables which was included. No cleaning tool, no UE box nor the original tf10 cable.
 
And now they aren't responding to my emails either. Matt where art thou?

We've definitely replied to you, perhaps check your spam box.  You actually sent us 7 emails in 2 business days (we don't work weekends) and triggered our spam filter (unsure if this was a mistake).  If you are who we think you are, your case and cleaning tools were shipped to you via Regular Satchel on Monday.

it isn't, that express satchel came out of the blue, i was expecting it to come a lot later, so it was a good surprise. Just out of curiosity, since you guys have my earmoulds now, how much would a pair of miracles cost me :p?

Having trouble contacting UM China.
JH13 reshell finished on the 6th, but no contact for a week.  Sent 3 emails.
Reading about the spam filter trigger, now I'm hesitant to send further emails...
 
I know they've been doing promos and group buys so they should be busy, but package I sent delivered around 14th, it's a month past.

Last week all of China was on holiday though - 1st to 7th Oct.

I sent my SE530x8 for repair too & haven't heard from them. Guess they're just busy catching up from their week-long vacation.

Just got my reshelled and upgraded SM3 yesterday. Its got 6 drivers now and i personally like it much more than the JH13 demo which i had a couple of weeks back. Yes, I know its a demo thats why im expecting a lot more from my JH16 which i havent received

That's nice.  When did you send them in, and when did they arrive at UM?
