Make sure the output impedance of the amp section is less than 1 or at least 2 Ohms. If it's f.i. 10 Ohms or more, you will loose some bass and get too much treble - especially with an IEM like Miracle.

Picos Output impedance is less than 1ohm and the Apex Glacier Output impedance is 2ohms. Not sure about Synergy between the Miracle and the Pico though.

In that case I expect both to give you the target frequency response. How they synergise with the Miracle I don't know. The Pico has a very good reputation IIRC.

Why not go for a dedicated music player (a one box solution)? The FiiO X3 is supposed to be of very high SQ, just below HiFiMan 801 / 901 abd is only about USD200. If you can spend more then there is DX100 and HM-901 - or if you prefer build quality and user interface then also a modded AK100 or the AK120. There is also a DX50 on the way (probably within a month or three).

The Miracle sounds a little sibilant on my iMod+intruder while it isn't that sibilant on the dx100..

@larsHP

how many hours do you think will they open up? I have 100+ hrs already on them

I think the sibilance could be because of a too high output impedance combined with jitter perhaps. The DX100 has very low output impedance and probably not much jitter.

With 100+ hours there should be no further burn in - if such a thing occurs at all with BA drivers. I haven't noticed any burn in, but did change amp on my HM-801 back and forth also, which certainly makes a difference. OI on the GAME amp is 32 Ohms while the Balanced has 10 Ohms. The treble roll off caused by the DAC filter in the 801 makes a nice, warm tonality which pairs well with the Miracle.

The RSA Intruder was designed to also drive the most sensitive iems. Compared to Alo The Int'l which has bass roll off especially on the fitear 334

Thanks anyway!

Why don't you wait a bit more? DX50 and other new daps will come. I'm sure that one of them will be better than J3.

bad news Fiio X3 don't have folder navigation, which is the ultimate duel breaker for me :/ my folder are like super dungen, going for play list will be kind of annoying for real, sansa clip+  got super folder navigation <3

so DX50 if it was here by September or Cown J3? how does both react with uha-6S.MKII(ad8610)

Will it sort by album, artist etc automatically though?
