I'm really enjoying my new cable, call me crazy but the believers will understand. All it's done has tempted me to try another higher grade cable, my TF10 have been reborn. I can't believe so much was missing on the stock cable, the smoothness particularly. Three different tracks last night I heard micro detailing and passages I never knew were there. On one Eminem track I could hear a very faint whispering, and another a tiny fault in the recording that was showing the smallest amount of distortion after he spoke. (it was in the track) These are tracks I've play regularly too for months.

Since I'm listening to my TF10 a lot more now I'm looking into getting a cable for it but don't really know which one.  The Jaben cables looks good or maybe one of chris', what others good ones are there?  The FiiO cables out because many people say it gives them a warmer sound signature and mine already sound warm enough.

I'm sure there's several options I don't know about, though sunricky has a wide selection varying in price ranges. anything from $28 up to $130 with different strand amounts, Might be best to go for something silver or silver plated if you prefer to brighten the sound somewhat.

Hi guys, need a little help here.

The nozzle got detached from the body :( I was trying to pull out the foam tips but the whole nozzle just came apart. I can attach it back to the body and it still works fine, but it would fall off very easily (the TF10 kept falling off from my ear while the nozzle and tips are still in my ear.)

Is there any way to fix this? I'm afraid that I would damage the drivers inside and thus haven't done anything to it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had exactly the same problem two years ago. I used Super glue to fix it and my TF 10 still works great. Just be careful with the glue.

I heard that Chris guy is really cool :D

Dudes, I'm super happy that all you guys are slowly as a whole becoming more receptive about cables in general. I literally don't care about sales (if you don't buy 'em, I figure I have more free time that day to study) , the whole point of starting my little thing was to re-educate people based on my findings.

I've literally bought nearly a thousand dollars worth of complete Moon Audio cables over the years, their stuff is like the easiest and quickest way to discover what others are talking about.

Hmm..Is the TF 10 this much sensitive? After how many days did it broke like this?

Im looking to buy a TF10 , the cable issue is not a problem since we can get one from UE @ 30$, whats about the breakage problems like these?

Does the TF 10 break frequently? I am looking to buy one of GR07/EPH-100/TF10, TF 10 seems to be a upgrade on the other two in terms of sound quality, but it seems to be cheaply built according to some reviews? Will they last atleast year or 2 with good maintainence?

It is a problem to worry about and mostly caused by removing them over time. Because....when you remove TF10 the silicon tips really grab hold of your ear canal causing suction and don't want to let go easily, so extra pulling power is needed compared to your average IEM. I wouldn't worry about it toooo much but it's something to take into conisderation. That with the proper epoxy can be fixed quite easily however, something like this is even more troublesome. Get this and you're proper ******

But, don't let the pictures put you off.

Luckily that pair was one I bought on ebay auction and the seller didn't describe that fault correctly in his description. I contacted him when they arrived and he refunded the full amount letting me keep them. I resold them and bought a pair on the boards. So, overall my TF10 cost me roughly $30.

But again guy's, because the last few pages have pics of problems please don't worry too much. If one was to scroll through every page of this thread they would find the problems are far and few between. My pair have been fine for five months now and others for years.

I had it for more than a year already.

Don't worry, the TF10 is very durable. More durable than the average IEMs in my opinion. It only broke because I used too much force, this doesn't happen to TF10s normally.

So go ahead and get a TF10, it's a very good earphone that will last you plenty of years :)
