No answer to my last mail 16 days ago, asking when they will refund me, 'cause another month passed by after they said "we will start the process of refunding your order..."

I was referring to the Kieran web resource rather than the actual email serviceEmail services and web services are independant of eachother. If they use a domain redirect to their free mailbox, it'll be up as long as their domain is registered.

Take this to PayPal or your credit card company and based on the email from Trinity ask them to do a chargeback - if you can prove a refund confirmation; I.e an email form them, they should be able to do this for you, even if you’re past the consumer protection time period.
If you mean the 180 days of consumer protection time period (I am not entirely certain here that it is what you meant) then I'm afraid past 180 days PayPal flat out refuses to do anything.

I've tried it, cc and PayPal, both declined to chargeback. Date of payment is a long time ago and I've should react earlier, maybe then they...
